2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup fresh pineapple (including core)
2 in. ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 small onion
½ lemon, peel included
1½ tbsp. raw honey (Manuka preferable)
1 in. turmeric root
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Strain if desired (optional for easier drinking, but retains more fiber unstrained).
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
How to Use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily as a shot, or dilute in warm water. Start small due to the spice!
